Anyone listen to these guys? They mix power metal, folk metal, progressive metal, melodic death metal and melodic black metal together. The frontman is the Ex-Ensiferum frontman. They've only got one album but a second one is coming in 2009.

Not a huge fan of the vocals (just doesn't sound that great to me), but very good besides that.

at Winterson's reccomendation i actually bought a digicopy of their latest album with that song, Beyond the Dark Sun, on it - great album

How can you not love Wintersun? Winter Madness, Beyond The Dark Sun, Sons of Winter and Stars and Death and The Healing are awesome! Can't wait for their new album!
