Does no one else agree?!?!?!? They sound a lot like Dragonforce at times, but less repetitive. I'd recommend Stratovarius to any DF fan.

Nothng like DragonForce, Stratovarius is better! One of the pioneers of the Power Metal genre.
Eagleheart is one of my favourite Power Metal songs:

I recently downloaded a compilation album and listened to it today. Most of the songs didn't affect me for the first time but it's like that with everything I listen to.

Again one master group from Finland:D Black Diamond was the song that I fell in love when I heard it. They still rule even without Tolkki, Matias is an awesome guitarist, listen to Blind for example. It was damn great that they gathered the band again.

Statovarius is one of the bands that really got me into euro-style power metal i bought their latest album, i think it's a bit on the slow side overall, but still a good purchase. I think they can do just fine without the nutjob

I think that Polaris is as good as Infinite or Visions. It is awesome. Deep Unknown, Blind, Forever Is Today, Higher We Go, Somehow Precious and both Emmancipation Suites are totally great.
